We used to go to this establishment quite often with our family, we recommended it to all our friends, but now we don't go to this pseudo-restaurant, with an inflated self-esteem among lower-level employees.
Yesterday (September 12, 2016) we had a table reserved near the children's room (we have a small child), we always reserved this table. On the phone, the administrator warned us about the dress code, when my husband asked what the dress code was, they asked us not to wear sports clothes and shoes. At the appointed time, we approach the restaurant, I with my husband and child, my father, and my mother-in-law and father-in-law - decently dressed people who are suitable as parents to all the guards. For the husband, a shirt, classic jeans and (oh, what a horror!) leather sandals. neither hostesses nor waiters were nearby. there were 3 bulls standing, you can't tell by the second one, because they didn't say a word, they didn't say a greeting, nothing at all and they just stood and stared. We stand and wait for the hostess. I can't stand it and ask what's the matter, why they don't meet us. to which one of these highly intellectual and educated bulls says: "Shoes!". Next, I pulled each word out of them, except for this line, only moans and nothing else came from them. I ask "You don't like the appearance of one of us? You won't let us go?". then they already answered yes, to which we said that we were leaving. in any self-respecting establishment, this issue was either loyally hushed up or apologetically asked to change clothes, and you didn't lose customers or money that evening. It is a shame for such an institution, as you position yourself, not to engage in tactical conflict resolution. None of the management personnel ever left.
We really like the cuisine and beer in your establishment, but yesterday's rude behavior of the employees, I think will turn us away from this place forever.

22.08.2016 I bought beer at your outlet, namely in the tent located in the Strelka park on the embankment at the Go Go Food festival, I want to express the remaining sediment after serving in this place. First of all, there is no price list or price tags anywhere in the tent, it remains to rely only on the good faith of the sellers, and now about them, two guys who pour and sell beer and drinks themselves, without any embarrassment, drink beer in front of all the people standing in line, but this is not the most disgusting, I received the beer I ordered from them, and while waiting for lemonade, I watched the following picture: one of the sellers poured what I thought was lemonade into a glass, but it turned out to be beer, he drank it safely through the tube, and put the glass behind the counter out of my sight, then he takes two glasses there, pours the liquid from one to the other, both glasses were partially filled, and gives me "your lemonade, please." Of course, taking into account the festive atmosphere and the huge queue at the back, I indignantly asked for a new glass of lemonade to be poured into a clean glass, and the second seller took the first glass and demonstratively drank it in front of me...
I believe you will make the correct conclusions because Personally, I and the people standing in line will hardly ever have the desire to buy beer from you again.

I rested a couple of times with friends at your establishment, everything was very pleasant except for one important point. The storage room does not work. We are offered either to dance with bags, or take turns with friends, leaving one at the table, guarding the bags as at a rural disco. I think that this problem is not so difficult to solve. Please pay attention to this.

Today we were in a restaurant with a child, 1.5. Due to his age and character, the child does not stay alone with outsiders, so we went into the children's room together with him and watched as the animator occupied the other children.
I can say that the girl animator has a pedagogical gift!
Children of different ages, from two to 10 years old. Someone is capricious, someone is a hooligan, someone is doing something else. Several of the children present were very difficult.
And she alone manages to follow everyone, all activities, interest, entertain, prevent. Children are constantly new, some are brought in, others are brought in, each with their own desires, whims and character traits, and with each of them he finds a common language and interests them in seconds. So much so that even mine, who was afraid of outsiders, played with her with joy.
My admiration for her talent!
I was impressed that this girl is one of the most valuable personnel in the institution.
