Greek vacations at the show-restaurant "Altbir"

Friends, our indomitable chefs have presented a new menu within the culinary project "Battle of Chefs". This time they were inspired by sunny Greece, whose culinary traditions are known all over the world.

    The Greek menu is already in "Altbire"!

The particularity of the Greek kitchen is influenced by its location. Access to the sea provides Greece with the freshest fish and seafood. Hot summer and warm winter give amazing vegetables, fruits, greens and, of course, olives. And centuries-old culinary traditions turn the gifts of the sea and nature into colorful, aromatic dishes with a bright, memorable taste.

The new menu features light vegetable salads and traditional snacks served with Greek bread: Tarama with cod roe, Melidzano with roasted pepper and eggplant roe, and Thyrokafteria with whipped cheese and avocado. For starters, we serve tomato cream soup Domato and Fasolado with mussels.

Seafood lovers can enjoy kebabs made of squid, mussels, rapan and tiger prawns, "Saganaki" mussels in red wine and trout in shrimp bisque. And meat eaters will surely like Keftedaka beef meatballs or Kotopulo with gyros - chicken steak with mashed potatoes and cheese in filo dough. Among the main dishes is the "queen" of Greek cuisine - Moussaka. This is a casserole of minced meat with vegetables under soft cheese and "dzadzyky" sauce.

For those with a sweet tooth, our chefs have prepared three magnificent desserts: traditional Greek Baklava, Banana Pie with a filling of mashed banana and chocolate, and the Kataif delicacy made of filo dough, walnuts, and honey.
