Originating in London about 300 years ago, porter evolved from an earlier sweet brown beer popular at the time. Under the influence of consumers, the favorite has evolved many times, technologies and ingredients have changed. It is believed that the name owes its popularity among the London working class — porters.
The ALTBIER BREWERY team of brewers decided to combine the best beer traditions of Great Britain, cocoa and ripe cherries. As a result, we got an incredible drink, with the taste of dark chocolate and cherries, dense, sweet, hoppy!
