Beer or wine? The eternal dispute... Show-restaurant ALTBIER resolved this dispute - both. As part of the beer of the month project, we present you "Beer Champaign". Now you don't have to choose!
Our Czech brewer Libor decided to combine these two beautiful drinks and got, truly, a masterpiece! Beer champagne is a drink made by two technologies: brewing and champagne. The beer underwent double fermentation not only with beer yeast, but also with real champagne yeast.
Beer champagne combined the properties of both drinks - a light straw color, pleasant carbonation, an incredible combination of malt and grape flavors and a light hop note. Light, intoxicating, it will conquer the hearts of everyone who tries it!
