ALTBIER received new awards

On May 13-14, the International Gastronomic Festival of the Ottoman Kitchen-2018, organized by the trade and economic college of KNTEU, took place in Kharkiv. Under the open sky on the territory of the ARKADA complex, representatives of Kharkiv restaurants and guests from Turkey prepared traditional dishes of Turkish cuisine. The skill of the chefs was evaluated by a strict jury, including the exclusive chef of the Pearls of Long Bay hotel in Miami — Yosyp Tsarevich.

The Altbier team collected a record number of awards. Andrey Tyutyunikov, Mikhail Gadrany, Ruslan Lukin, Dina Kindeeva, Taras Vanyushenko, Vitaly Kosenko, Artem Svyder and Elena Babina won the Grand Prix of the festival, 5 gold medals (in the nominations "Desserts", "Vegetable dish", "Best team of cooks" and etc.), 11 silver medals (in the nominations "Fish", "Beef", "Lamb", "Desserts", etc.) and 4 bronze medals.

Guests and participants of the festival were convinced of the skill and high professionalism of the chefs of the "Altbier" family of restaurants. We received a lot of enthusiastic reviews about the quality of the dishes, the unusual presentation and the hospitality of our team.

The chefs returned to their workplaces with inspiration and a desire to create even more culinary masterpieces for the guests of "Altbier"!
