"Two Chiefs. GREECE" — a new menu in the show-restaurant ALTBIER!

In summer, all thoughts are about Mediterranean resorts and delicious dinners on the coast. Chef Mikhail Gadrany was inspired by the national Greek cuisine and developed 5 new dishes that will brighten the anticipation of the holiday.

Greek cuisine is considered one of the most healthy and dietary. It is based on fresh vegetables, cheeses, herbs, olive oil, meat and seafood. Dishes are prepared by the method of stewing and baking, which preserves the maximum nutritional properties of the ingredients.

We recommend starting your acquaintance with Greek cuisine with the Cretan salad "Dakos". These are savory toasts with ripe tomatoes, capers and kolomatay under grainy feta and olive oil. Another popular snack is Melidzanosalata, a traditional Greek spread made of baked eggplants and peppers. Serve with crispy toasts.

We spent a long time choosing the main dish and settled on the legendary "stolen meat" or Kleftiko. These are aromatic lamb ribs baked in foil with herbs, honey and vegetables. Served with Greek yogurt sauce. Seafood lovers will like Greek kebabs. Well, where would you go without traditional crispy Tiropitakya pies! Inside is a juicy cheese filling. It is especially delicious with Greek yogurt sauce!

Specially for the new menu, chef-bartender Dmitry Shabaev developed 2 original cocktails. The burning "Erato" is dedicated to the Greek goddess of love and sex. It is prepared on the basis of Metaxas Greek cognac with blackcurrant liqueur, red grape juice and fresh lemon. The Klio cocktail is a tribute to the museum of history. This is a refreshing mix of Mama Juana's signature tincture, Aperol and Amaretto with the addition of fresh lemon and orange juice. Well, if you don't like cocktails, the cold ALTBIER brand beer will perfectly complement every dish!

We invite everyone to try traditional Greek dishes at the ALTBIER Show-Restaurant. May your summer be delicious!
