Brewing is a delicate business. At the ALTBIER craft brewery, we use only live yeast so that the drink is organic and has a brighter, richer taste.

Live yeast needs a special atmosphere, so our brewer provides them with ideal conditions for "life": a temperature of +2+4℃ and complete tranquility. At the same temperature, the beer is stored and poured into kegs, and then it moves to the car refrigerator and is sent to our company stores. Thanks to proper transportation, beer travels for a short time and does not lose its original taste. If you violate the rules of transportation or carry beer for too long, the yeast will fall into the sediment, which will negatively affect the quality of the foam. But this is not about us!
