Meet the updated menu at the show-restaurant "Altbir"!

Friends, on the eve of the summer season, the chef of the "Altbir" restaurant has added new dishes and drinks to the main menu and bar menu. As always, we focus on fresh products and unique author's presentation. This time, our chefs were imbued with a special love for fish, seafood, poultry and seasonal vegetables. What did they do?

The section with salads was complemented by "Rapana" with greens and rapanas and "Split" with mackerel and asparagus. Seafood lovers will appreciate Black Sea mullet with cheese, fish set "fries", mackerel with vegetables, horse mackerel "fries", bowl of Black Sea mussels, crayfish in a broth with dill and fried crayfish with garlic.

A lot of surprises await meat-eaters: an updated assortment of kebabs and a barbecue menu, a strip of lamb ribs, quail in the "Hosper" oven, pork ribs, pork "knee", veal carpaccio, duck breast with concasse pears and onion marmalade, wood-fired chicken and duck , stuffed with apples. Blanched young vegetables or grilled vegetables serve as an excellent side dish for meat dishes. And your favorite types of beer will be complemented by crispy crackers.

The dessert menu has also been updated. Those with a sweet tooth will appreciate the amazing Tiramisu, "Black Orange" and refreshing Panna Cotta with raspberries.

8 new alcoholic cocktails appeared in the cocktail menu, and especially for the hot summer, the bartenders prepared classic and cucumber lemonade, milkshakes and smoothies made from seasonal berries.
