Mediterranean menu in the show-restaurant "Altbir"!

Friends, our indefatigable chefs staged a culinary battle again! This time they were inspired by the most aromatic, tasty and healthy Mediterranean cuisine. And this is not surprising! When everything around blossoms and turns green, when the first juicy vegetables and fruits appear, all thoughts are only about the sea and romantic dinners on the coast.

Feel the taste of the Mediterranean

What do we know about Mediterranean cuisine? It is based on only fresh products: vegetables, greens, aromatic herbs, fish and other seafood. Mediterranean dishes are light, quickly absorbed and absolutely safe for the figure.

Among the snacks, you will see salmon and trout of our own ambassador combined with greens and baked vegetables, a fresh salad with seafood marinated according to a special recipe. Cold shrimp soup and cheese soup is a great idea for dinner. And if you want something unusual, try the Tuscan ear "Cachuko".

In the main dishes of the battle of chefs, two types of Risotto are presented: classic and with seafood. Both dishes were awarded a silver medal at the international culinary competition "Pearl of the Sea" (2018) in Croatia. Next to Risotto are the most popular Italian pasta Carbonara and Lumakoni with seafood. Fish lovers will like Black Sea mullet with young vegetables. And spicy Sicilian lamb ribs will accompany our excellent beer.

Desserts occupy a special place in the Mediterranean menu. The chef will surprise those with a sweet tooth with the traditional Italian Semifreddo with raspberries and pistachios, the exotic Mango-passion fruit dessert and the Chocolate-coffee mousse "Coffee-amaretto".
