"Two Chiefs. INDIA" — a new menu at the ALTBIER Show-Restaurant!

Friends, from August 30, in the ALTBIER Show-Restaurant you can try Indian dishes developed by our VIP chefs especially for the "Two Chefs" project.

Indian cuisine is as exotic and diverse as the country itself. It is based on vegetables, chicken, seafood, legumes, as well as a huge amount of all kinds of spices and aromatic spices, many of which have healing properties. Every Indian chef uses his own combination of spices, giving dishes a unique taste. We have selected 5 popular dishes that best reveal Indian culinary traditions.

"Paneer" cheese with vegetables is a light Indian snack made of fried young cheese with eggplant, zucchini and pepper in spices and herbs. Another cheese dish is "Malai Kofta". These are fried potato and cheese croquettes, which are served in a sauce made of tomatoes, chili pepper, masala spice and coconut milk.

The traditional dish "Dal" made of two types of legumes with vegetables, seasoned with coconut milk, is loved by vegetarians. It is quite filling, so it is ideal for lunch.

Everyone should try the legendary chicken breast "Tika masala"! It is stewed for a long time with vegetables in spices and herbs, and is served with rice cooked in coconut milk. Bartender Dmitry Shabaev has developed 2 signature cocktails especially for the Indian menu. Fruity "Laal" combines strawberry and melon liqueurs, white grape juice and "7 UP". Sweet "Piilaa" is created on the basis of Martini Bianco, a liqueur made from green banana and peach juice. Also, Indian dishes are perfectly combined with ALTBIER signature beer.
