Hola, dear friends! With the arrival of winter, our VIP chefs have decided to warm you with dishes from sunny and temperamental Spain. Put everything on hold and come to the ALTBIER show restaurant to taste the long-awaited menu “Battle of the Bosses. Spain!

Spanish cuisine has absorbed the culinary traditions of Valencia, Andalusia, Catalonia and other regions. There are authentic dishes in every part of the country, but they have one thing in common: a love of seafood, ham, olive oil, garlic and spices. Spaniards love to gather in tapas bars and restaurants, drink wine, socialize and enjoy life.

We recommend to start acquaintance with Spanish cuisine with assorted "Tapas" with cod liver, ham and persimmon, anchovy on crispy bread. This is a favorite snack of all Spaniards! Next we turn to salads. We took the freshest greens as a basis and prepared 4 light salads: with cod liver, with ham and baked tomatoes, with jam and persimmons, with tomatoes and anchovies.

If you just went to a restaurant and want to keep warm, you need a plate of traditional Spanish soup: "Caldo Verde" with vegetables and two types of sausage or "El Dia Amigos" with beef, tomatoes and vegetables.

When choosing the main dishes, we took into account the tastes of each guest. Seafood lovers will appreciate the squid in ink with a spicy side dish of rice, corn and chili peppers. Carnivores should try the Bull's Rib in a spicy-sweet sauce fried in a hosper oven. For fans of sausages and smoked products, the VIP chef prepared "Chorizo" with pickled onions, the traditional dish Fabada from boiled beans, sausages and smoked meats, as well as "Potatos Bravo" - baked potatoes with cheese and bacon.

Sweet tooths are waiting for three amazing desserts: Christmas Spanish nougat Turron with a mix of nuts and raspberry sauce, Churros from fried custard and the legendary Basque pie.
