New summer menu in the show-restaurant ALTBIER!

Friends, throughout the second half of spring, our VIP chefs were thinking about what they would surprise you with in the summer. As a result, the summer menu became richer by more than 30 items in different sections. As always, we took into account the taste preferences of all guests and prepared a variety of dishes from the freshest seasonal products.

A pleasant surprise awaits lovers of ALTBIER foam. The collection of signature beer snacks was replenished with cold-smoked African catfish, dried and fried smelt, beef, pork, chicken, and turkey jerky, Black Sea flounder fried to a golden crust, and other delicacies.

If you visited ALTBIER at lunchtime, try a refreshing okroshka, green borscht or aromatic ukhu. Yellowfin tuna tartar with ripe avocado and Bianco sauce will definitely become the king of cold snacks. On the basis of this same tuna, but in a fried form, we prepared a "Nissoise" salad with avocado, baked potato, chicken egg, tomatoes, asparagus beans and lettuce leaves. For lovers of heartier dishes, we suggest trying Salad with craft sausages and potato chips. And this summer's hit will definitely be Salad-toast with avocado on the basis of crispy ciabatta with a choice of three additives: salmon "gravlax", tiger shrimp or veal roast beef.

Among the new meat items cooked in the Hosper oven: Beef Butcher Steak, Veal Tenderloin with Avocado and Fermented Lamb Rack. From fish dishes, we recommend trying Yellowfin Tuna Steak and a dish for two - African catfish, grilled on coals.

And now, great news for everyone who likes to visit ALTBIER with a big company! The summer menu includes 6 items for several people. For pennoe, order the Beer Tasting, which includes chicken hearts, onion rings, squid fillets, cheese and potato croquettes. For company, roast pork knee, prepared according to Czech traditions, and beef knee in dark beer are available.
