Social project for students "NEW CRAFT"

For the first time in Ukraine, ALTBIER presented an initiative to the Kharkiv Trade and Economic College to recruit groups that train professional, certified brewers. In 2018, the college opened the recruitment of students in the specialty "181. Food Technologies" and specializations "Beer and Wine Technologies" with the rector - Lyudmyla Alekseevna Radchenko.

Also, a preliminary agreement was reached on the opening, on a competitive basis, of a specialization training professional brewers at the New Educational and Scientific Institute of Chemical Technologies and Engineering at the National Technical University "Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute", with the director of the institute - Igor Mykhailovych Ryshchenko.

Previously, universities trained widely qualified technologists without the possibility of practical training at full-cycle breweries.

To ensure the production base and subsequent employment in the craft breweries of Ukraine and Europe, with the help of the Czech Brewmasters company, a small full-cycle training and experimental brewery with a capacity of 10 tons/month will be placed at the modern ALTBIER plant under construction. On it, students will be able to practice the brewing process in both manual and semi-automatic mode. And the best of them, after examination and confirmation by the Czech Brewmasters company, will be able to prepare their original varieties, which will be sold in the ALTBIER retail network, and will also be guaranteed employment on Czech Brewmasters projects with a minimum specialist salary of 1,000 euros.

Practical classes will be conducted by technologists of ALTBIER breweries, as well as by brewers of the Czech Brewmasters company.

· Guaranteed employment by specialty for graduates, with salaries currently ranging from UAH 10,000 to EUR 1,000. The best graduates will be employed in Europe through the Czech Brewmasters company;

· Fundamental promotion of craft production, by training brewers for the Ukrainian market, trained by the best specialists in the Czech Republic;

· ALTBIER against competition within craft manufacturers;

· ALTBIER preaches productivity growth and, as a result, an increase in the market share of national craft companies;

Only craft gives a variety of tastes, more jobs, and the opportunity for creativity. And also, during the production of craft beer, the mastery of the brewer is revealed, which becomes more important than the robotization of beer production;

· No preservatives or antibiotics are used in the production of real craft foam; with moderate consumption, the product is beneficial for the consumer's health.

In the Educational and Scientific Institute of Chemical Technologies and Engineering at NTU "Khpy", the group will begin to be completed already in the new academic year from the recruited students.
