The winter menu in the show-restaurant ALTBIER!

Friends, the cold season is just around the corner, so our VIP chefs have developed a new winter menu with hearty warming dishes. As always, we focus on quality local products and your taste preferences. In the winter menu, every guest will find a dish that will surely become a favorite!

Meet gastronomic novelties!
If in the summer you want fresh salads and cold soups, then in the autumn-winter season, the body requires hearty high-calorie food. The chefs of the ALTBIER show restaurant paid special attention to meat dishes. Especially for carnivores, we have prepared steak "Tenderloin", spicy bull's tail "El Diablo", stewed in tomatoes, veal kidneys, a whole piece of selected juicy ribs "Bourbon", lamb shank and cutlet from duck breed "mulard".
Lovers of fish and seafood will also be satisfied. We recommend trying Queen Prawn "Panko" with a golden crust, river carp fillet fried in beer batter, amazing salmon fillet steamed with hollandaise sauce.
Winter salads have also become heartier and voluminous. Meat lovers will like "Pivnoy" warm salad with fried bacon, smoked sausages, baked potatoes, pickled cucumber with French mustard dressing. Girls will appreciate the warm Unaga salad with duck breast and prunes.
We have developed two generous assortments for large companies. The set "Lamb of lamb" includes shank, ribs and heart. And in the set "Under the rib" you will find assorted ribs (lamb, veal, pork), baked potatoes and grilled corn.
In addition to the main dishes, new sauces and side dishes have appeared in the winter menu, and the dessert menu has become richer with two items - "Napoleon" with a refreshing raspberry sauce and the legendary "Prague" cake.
