Meet: Pan-Asian menu in show-restaurant "ALTBIER"!

Dear friends, we are starting a new gastronomic year, bright and very tasty! Our VIP chefs organized a "Battle of Chefs" and competed in a culinary duel to choose the best dishes that were included in the "Panazia" menu. What happened from this? Now let's tell!

All the colors of Asia on your plate!
Pan-Asian cuisine is a world of amazing tastes and exotic combinations, a riot of sauces, seasonings and marinades. It combines the cuisines of Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Cambodia, Laos, Korea, Japan and Singapore. Meat and seafood lovers, supporters of proper nutrition and even vegetarians will surely find dishes to their liking in the new menu.
In the section of salads and cold snacks, 3 Japanese dishes were included: "Tataki" made of salmon, "Tataki" made of veal and "Sakana Yaki Nasu" - smoked eel, spicy mackerel and salmon of weak ambassador on fried slices of eggplant with spicy dressing and fresh lettuce leaves. In the same section, salad "Felix" with caviar and Kimchi and salad with chicken are next to each other.
Asian soups are art! They are hearty, aromatic and very useful. The VIP chefs of the show-restaurant "ALTBIER" chose 2 Japanese soups: Miso soup with shrimp and "tamago" and soup with eel and noodles. And also 2 traditional Vietnamese soups: Pho Bo with veal and Pho Ha with chicken.
Choosing the main dish, you will travel across the entire Asian region! From Laos, we borrowed "Laap" - a traditional dish with an abundance of Asian herbs and roots, with boiled chicken hearts, chicken liver, minced beef and steamed rice. From Vietnam, they took steamed pies filled with Yasai pickled vegetables, veal, eel and shrimp. From China - legendary chicken "Gongbao" with vegetables in "sweet chilli" sauce and duck leg with "Tamarind" sauce. From Japan - pink squid fried in teriyaki sauce and "Gyuniku kinoko" - tender, fried veal tenderloin with mushrooms in sweet soy sauce. From Thailand - Udon noodles with veal. And an Asian dish for two is waiting for you - whole African catfish, baked on coals with two types of Asian sauces.
Desserts have a special place in the new menu. Thai smoothie made from whipped exotic fruits will charm every girl! Japanese "Namelaka-roll" with a sauce made from ripe kiwi will perfectly complement the tea party. And the traditional Japanese dessert "Moty daifuku" based on rice flour and orange juice with chocolate mousse will conquer the sweet tooth from the first bite.

We invite everyone who likes to discover new tastes and get acquainted with the culinary traditions of different countries to the ALTBIER show-restaurant for a tasting of pan-Asian dishes!
